Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. You have the right to return any item within 30 days of purchase as long as it is unused and in new condition, and in the original box it came in.

Focus SUP Hawaii products are designed, built and distributed by Ambar Outdoor LLC.

 

You can exchange, or get a refund of your payment. All Returns must be sent to Ambar Outdoor with shipping prepaid by the shipper. All non-defective returns will carry a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If an order is refused for any reason, Ambar Outdoor will be compensated for all shipping charges and a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. Any item showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse are not eligible for return.

RMA Policy - All returns and exchanges will require an RA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA number must be printed clearly on the carton and all products must be securely packed. Call customer service at (818) 765-4511 to obtain RMA number. Return Merchandise to:

Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty 

Ambar Outdoor warrants its consumable skateboard parts against defects for the first 30 days from purchase. Defective product can be returned to Ambar Outdoor within thirty (30) days of sale for repair or replacement. Please follow the RMA policy before any return.

No refunds will be issued for any used or un-new product. All defective product claims will be handled on an individual basis by our customer service representative. Please refer all warranty claims directly to our warranty team at warranty@focussup.com.

Used, broken, warped, twisted, and damaged decks are not covered under Ambar Outdoors’s warranty policy. Wood is a natural material sensitive to exposure to environmental conditions such as humidity, temperature extremes and improper storage such as in direct sun, a cold or damp garage, hot car, etc. Any physical modifications to shape or bolt hole patterns, visible damage due to contact with vehicles, or improper exposure to water, rain or mud will void manufacturer’s warranty.

Lifetime Truck Guarantee

Ambar Outdoor uses top materials and manufacturing processes to make the best trucks on the market, which is why we are 100% standing behind out tucks.

Our guarantee covers your trucks against defects in materials and workmanship. If you have problems with your Ambar Outdoor Trucks, send us a photo and a detailed description of the problem along with a copy of your sales receipt to warranty@focussup.com. No need to return the trucks to the store where you purchased them, or to us.

Our Lifetime guarantee does not cover breakage or wear due to:

• Damage caused by accident, improper care or installation, negligence, drilling, modifying, or tampering with the original design.
• Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, such as scratches, rust or corrosion.
• Consumable truck components that can wear out or break from normal use, such as bushings, pivot cups, kingpins, thrust bearings, links, and springs.
• Consumable Skateboard parts such as wood decks, grip tape, risers, wheels, and wheel bearings.

Shipping

Ambar Outdoor uses UPS as the delivery method and offers overnight, 2 day and ground delivery options. The ground shipping option is always FREE to the lower 48 states.

Tax

Ambar Outdoor charges 9.25% tax on all orders shipped within California. There is no tax for all other 49 states.

Warranty Disclaimer

The warranties provided above are the only warranties applicable. Ambar Outdoor makes no other warranties, express or implied, in connection with any product purchased from us including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Ambar Outdoor shall not be responsible for any consequential or indirect loss or damages incurred in connection with the use of any product purchased from us.
