Paddleboarding is a fun activity and an investment, and our FREE60 return policy will help keep your mind at ease that if you are not fully satisfied you have options.
All of the products on our site are covered by our 60-day return option from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with any of the Focus SUP Hawaii products, you may return them back to us.
To initiate a return, you will need to get the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by filling the FREE60 form in its entirety.
The product can be in used condition but MUST be without any dings, cracks, damage, cannot be missing accessories (if any were shipped with the product), and must be without any other user damage. Once the FREE60 form is completed, we will contact you with an email to send us pictures of the product. All original accessories that were shipped with your purchase must be returned as well, or the price of those products may be deducted from your refund.
A 20% re-stocking fee will apply and will be deducted off your final approved refund amount.
For all hard SUP boards, we recommend keeping the original box since it is a specially densified box that allows maximum protection for the board when shipped.
All accessories and inflatable SUP products can be returned using a strong shipping box, available at shipping stores or hardware supply stores.
The product will need to be returned to our Los Angeles, CA-based warehouse, and shipping cost is paid by the returning party.
Once the return is approved and the product has reached our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days to inspect the product and assign the refund back to your original payment method.
You may choose to transfer your refund amount to store credit with Ambar Outdoor, which will earn you a 10% boost to the refund amount.
There is one return per 6 months, per customer and household.
This policy applies to all purchases on our site effective July 1st, 2019.
